Burst Of Butterflies Create & Paint Studio maintains a strict no-refund policy.
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for class registrations, camps, workshops, private events, deposits, gift cards, or product purchases unless explicitly stated below.
Single Class Sessions
Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
If you need to reschedule a single class session, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
If proper notice is given:
- We may issue store credit only
- No cash or card refunds will be provided
If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your class, the payment is forfeited.
You may transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend.
Multi-Day Classes, Camps & Workshops
For classes that span multiple days (including camps and multi-series workshops), materials are purchased and staffing is scheduled based on enrollment.
If you cancel:
- More than 7 days prior to the start date, we may issue store credit only.
- Fewer than 7 days prior to the start date, payment is forfeited.
No refunds or credits are issued for no-shows or withdrawals after a multi-day class begins.
Tuition may be transferred to another participant. Tuition may not be split among multiple individuals.
Private Events & Deposits
Deposits and private event payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be made in accordance with your private event agreement. Store credit may be issued at management discretion.
Studio Cancellations
In the rare event that Burst Of Butterflies cancels a class or workshop, we will issue either:
- A full refund, or
- Store credit, at the studio’s discretion.
Behavior & Safety
We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a class if behavior is disruptive or interferes with the safety of others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Policy Updates
This policy applies to all Burst Of Butterflies studio locations.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued participation in classes or purchases constitutes agreement to the most current version.
